As a member of this law firm with renowned intellectual property (IP) practice, I plan to continue using our IP resources to help Omega take control of our trademarks and valuable logo’s and enforce the Fraternity’s IP rights.
VP & Chief Compliance Officer - Ciber, Inc
As the attorney in charge of creating and managing the Ciber’s global compliance program, I plan to help Omega put structure around our code of conduct, policies and procedures to enhance compliance at all levels of the fraternity (national, district and chapter levels).
VP & Acting General Councel - DPT Labs., LTD (Seconded)
As the interim Chief Legal Officer and a part of the leadership that set DPT’s strategic initiatives, I have the experience to work with the Grand Basileus and Supreme Counsel on Omega’s strategic initiatives and support the legal component of the plan, including risk control and mitigation.

As one of the attorneys responsible for the company’s contracts, real estate, franchise and hospitality matters, I plan to use my experience and expertise to help Omega negotiate favorable hotel and venue leases, and vendor contracts.
State of Texas Board of Disciplinary Appeals (BODA)
My six-year experience on BODA (appointed twice by the
Supreme Court of Texas) hearing, and ruling on, disciplinary cases against attorneys in Texas will enable me to handle and effectively oversee disciplinary matters involving Omega's code of conduct and related protocols and procedures with efficiency, precision and objectivity, including matters involving the Grand Tribunal.

My 11+ years of experience, including as the attorney in
charge of all of the company’s international legal matters
and global contracts with a staff of over 25 attorneys and
support staff, will enable me to handle all of Omega’s legal affairs, including regulatory compliance, legal defense, contracts, and legal enforcement of the fraternity’s IP rights against vendors and other third-parties.

As a prosecutor and litigator, I plan to use my experience
and expertise to zealously handle, and defend, any criminal or civil lawsuit involving the Fraternity, and to help Omega mitigate potential legal exposure.
Arbitrator - Financial Regularly Authority (FINRA)
As a trained and certified Arbitrator, I plan to use my
expertise to enhance the Fraternity’s dispute resolution
processes and practices.
College of the State Bar of Texas - Trial Advocacy
With a training and certificate in trial advocacy, I will use
my skills and expertise to represent Omega in any trial
related proceeding, whether in a criminal or civil matter.
